Protos Tinto Crianza Ribera del Duero Spanien - Magnum 1,5 ltr. CRIANZA 100% Tinta del País. Winemaking Process: Selected grape is fermented in stainless steel vats equipped with temperature control. Aging: This wine stays in American oak barrel for a minimum of 12 months and the related aging time in bottle Visual Stage: This wine shows bigarreau cherry colour with purple tones. Olfactory Stage: Ripe fruit aroma ( plum and blackberries) with clean and frank oak roasts on the nose Tasting Stage: Broad on the palate with even and very fine tannins. It has a long aftertaste leaving a very subtle light toast hints in mouth typical of a real Protos Serving Temperature: Between 16 ºC and 18 ºC.
