Cristina Oloroso Palomino Pedro Ximenez Sherry
 
Deep amber in colour, Cristina is made from Palomino and Pedro Ximenez grapes that combine to give the impression of nut and figginess on both nose and palate. The flavours are complex and the finish is long and velvety. Cristina goes excellently with cheese, pâté and hors d'oeuvres.
