TASTE: Crisp, fresh, clean, very dry and fragrant.
BOUQUET: Pungent, distinctive "flor" aroma.
GRAPE VARIETY: Palomino Fino.
The estimated period of ageing is some 5 years. All the grapes are from vineyards owned by Gonzalez Byass in the "Jerez Superior" zone.
WAYS TO SERVE AND ENJOY
* As with all wine elaborated from white grapes, it is best consumed within a year.
* Serve chilled. Optimum temperature 4/10° C.
* Serve in a small tulip shaped glass to half the capacity, to full appreciate its delicate aroma.
* Accompanies any type of aperitif (olives, cheese, nuts, etc.) and goes especially well with shellfish or seafood.
* It is excelent with ice or as a long drink with tonic.

NORMS FOR CORRECT KEEPING
* Keep in cool place.
* Optimun temperature below 16ºC without noticeable variatons.
* Do not store together with substances of strong or unpleasant smell.
* Noise, light and high temperatures are enemies of wine.
* Store the bottle in a vertical position.
* Avoid exposure to sun and do not store near coffe machines or other generators of heat.
