Parcels of this wine were fermented and matured in a combination of new and used oak.

Colour Medium crimson red.
Nose Aromas of red currant and summer pudding fruits with a lift of varietal cabernet, and appealing spicy shiraz.
Palate Youthful and lively fruit flavours of strawberry, raspberry, and loganberry follow from the nose. A medium bodied wine with a sweet-fruited mid-palate and great balance. Fine tannins ensure a soft and rounded mouthfeel.
Food Matches Ideally suited to Beef, Lamb, Pasta
