Cotes du Ventoux Les Traverses Rouge
This red wine comes from the following grape varieties : Grenache Noir, Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvèdre. It has a deep red colour and fine tannins. The production is limited to 50 hectolitres per hectare. It is a very agreable wine, to be tasted young and slightly chilled, with cold and grilled meats.
