fullages daily in electro-pneumatically system.
After the malolactic fermentation moved in French oak barrels for
16 months.
Than assembled in steel tank until the bottling.
Unfiltered.
Bottled: 11,200 bottles by 750 ml and 60 magnums
Variety: 100% Barbera
Vineyards: The grapes are selected form the single vineyard La Crena in Agliano d’Asti with 3,800 plants by hectare, which are 67 years old.
