Intense ruby red color, wide and complex to the nose, fruity with prunes and cherry jam aroma, with notes of tobacco, slightly spicy. Full-bodied wine, soft and rich in fine tannin with notes of cocoa, coffee and vanilla on the finish. Pairs well with red meat, game and savoury first courses. Ready to drink upon release or can age 7-8 years.
Tech Notes: 100% Primitivo. Grapes are sourced from the Neviera and Casa REditor Schließenossa vineyards in the district of San Marzano. Vines are over sixty years old.
