Er vermittelt angenehme Eindrücken von hellen Früchten wie Birne, Pfirsich und exotischen Früchten wie Litschi. Gut gekühlt servieren als perfekter Partner zu jeder Art von Meerestieren. Prämiert mit der Goldmedaille in Brüssel. Der Wein wird aus der Rebsorte Airén, der Hauptrebe der Mancha, hergestellt und überzeugt durch seine frische Leichtigkeit.

AIRÉN
A white grape variety with major surface cultivated in Spain (mainly La Mancha). The largest monovarietal wine volume world-wide. The grapes form great and tight bunches, resistant to drought and diseases. Its wine is of high alcoholic graduation. A massive production and less care have created a bad fame to this variety; although lately the production of white wines, of pale colour, fruity aromas and with good quality is taking place. It is considered as the main variety in the D.O Vinos de Madrid (Wines of Madrid) and is very present in the D.O. Mancha and Valdepeñas.
